For the last 5 years I ended up buying toys and clothes for my kids for Christmas and for their birthdays. And don’t get me wrong, they loved those presents at the time. But the thing is, after a few weeks the toys were put away in the cupboard and were never used again. This year I decided to do something a little different. I bought my kids some costumes instead!

There are so many great childrens fancy dress costumes to choose from, including pirate outfits and even Harry Potter costumes. In the end I decided to buy more daughter the Hermione Granger Costume (as she is such a huge fan of hers) and I bought my son the Toy Story Woody costume. The outfits were a real hit with the kids. So much so in fact that six months later they are still wearing them and playing around. There aren’t many toys that get as much use as that are there?
